G-Stores Limited customer information

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you browse or place an order with FOAMSUPA.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. About us

g-stores.co.uk is operated by G-Stores Limited, 19 A Nithsdale Street, Glasgow, G41 2PZ, United Kingdom. FOAMSUPA is our registered UK trade mark. Contact: support@g-stores.co.uk.

2. These terms

These terms apply to consumer purchases through this website. They do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you buy wholly or mainly for business use, different terms may need to be agreed in writing.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care with descriptions, dimensions, images and prices. Screen colours and soft-material appearance can vary, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply where stated on the product page or custom quotation. Check all measurements and options before ordering and contact us if a particular purpose is important.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or otherwise clearly accept the order. We may decline or cancel before acceptance for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious price error, failed payment, delivery restrictions or suspected fraud, and will refund money taken for an unaccepted order.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

Website consumer prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges or exclusions are shown before payment. Payment is handled through the options available in Shopify checkout.

6. Custom quotes and specifications

The online calculator provides an estimate only and excludes delivery. A quote request does not place an order or take payment. You are responsible for checking the final measurements, material, cover, quantity and intended use shown in our written quote. A custom contract begins only after we accept your approved specification and payment arrangement.

Genuinely made-to-specification or personalised goods are excluded from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right once accepted for production. Statutory rights remain for faulty, damaged, unfit or misdescribed goods.

7. Delivery, ownership and risk

Our Delivery Policy forms part of these terms. Risk remains with us until goods reach you or a person you nominated. Ownership passes when we receive full payment unless the law provides otherwise.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains change-of-mind cancellation, custom-goods exceptions, return costs and remedies for faulty goods.

9. Our responsibility

We do not limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase or for loss caused by inaccurate customer measurements where the goods match the approved specification.

10. Website and intellectual property

Website text, design, photographs and FOAMSUPA branding are owned by or licensed to G-Stores Limited. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not copy, scrape, republish or misuse protected content, interfere with security or submit unlawful material.

11. Events outside reasonable control

If an event outside our reasonable control materially delays performance, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect. Your legal rights concerning serious or excessive delay remain available.

12. Changes and governing law

The terms in force when your contract is made apply to that order. We may update future terms for legal, operational or security reasons. These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under consumer law.
