Does the custom foam estimate include delivery?

No. Delivery is assessed and quoted separately after the customer approves the product quote.

Is the calculator price final?

No. It is an approximate product quote. FOAMSUPA checks measurements, material choice and production requirements before confirming a price.

Can a custom-made item be returned?

Confirmed custom-made items cannot be returned because the customer changes their mind. Statutory rights remain if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Custom-made items are produced to your specifications. Once we accept your specifications and production begins, they cannot be cancelled or returned because you change your mind.
