Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM may be processed the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items (such as custom foam cuts) may take up to 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping Options & Couriers
We use trusted UK delivery services to offer reliable, trackable shipping:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- ParcelForce
- DPD (for larger or heavy items)
At checkout, you may be able to choose from:
- Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

- You may be required to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot
- Undelivered parcels returned to us may incur redelivery charges
