Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM may be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (such as custom foam cuts) may take up to 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

We do not currently ship internationally.


Shipping Options & Couriers

We use trusted UK delivery services to offer reliable, trackable shipping:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • ParcelForce
  • DPD (for larger or heavy items)

At checkout, you may be able to choose from:

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
  • Economy Shipping (3–5 business days, on selected products)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and size of the item(s)
  • Delivery location
  • Courier rates

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier information. If you don’t receive your tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.


Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • Most couriers will leave a card or attempt redelivery
  • You may be required to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot
  • Undelivered parcels returned to us may incur redelivery charges

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund if applicable

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer in-person collection or local pickup.
