Description
Heera Pudding rice is a slightly thicker and medium-short grain rice, suitable for making creamy rice pudding. Rice pudding mainly consists of short grain rice, milk, sugar, flavouring, e.g. Cardamom and garnishes of dry fruits. Rice Pudding, also known as Kheer is a milk based popular sweet dessert in India as well as in the most of the countries. Heera Pudding Rice gives a soft, creamy, slightly glutinous texture to the pudding.
